PC power is in charge of a move that could be the Valpo commuter train, or just another switch move out of Union Station.

This is most likely an Amtrak switch move. As far as I remember, and I have photos, the Valpo commute used former Pennsy P70 coaches into the late 70's, along with some borrowed Norfolk & Western coaches and Erie Lackawanna coaches. When Amtrak took over the Valpo train they used bi-levels after 1980.
