When the steam locomotive went by, my grandmother used to run around closing windows to keep coal dust out...I used to visit the station as a boy and talk with the old guy-- stationmaster? He was always nice to me and we talked trains and he showed me the stuff inside the station....great memories.

Traditional passenger service ended through here in 1961 with the "Bly", but NJT "River Line" trains now use this route between Camden and Trenton via Bordentown.
