We have just clanked over the diamond of the IURR controlled by Woods Tower, so named after William Woods, the judge who oversaw the bankruptcy of the Terre Haute & Indianapolis RR (1986-1904). The TH&I was the parent company of the Vandalia Road (the branch to northern Indiana) which came into the PRR system as they cobbled together the roads that became the Lines West.
