This is the interior of the Chicago Hardware foundry car 123, and was used as a lounge. It is former Chicago & North Western wooden baggage car 1236 built in 1908. It was repainted back to CNW yellow, and is coupled to the Illinois Railway Museum "gift shop" car just east of the station. All of the interior appointments were removed many years ago, and it is used for storage.
