Looking back the terrain is starting to get more rugged. This view shows our train coming out of the west end of the Pottsville tunnel.

I looked at my old topo maps, curve is in wrong direction, maybe image reversed? This one has me stumped. --we flipped it, how does it look now? The west portal at Pottstown is the consensus. Mystery solved! Thanks, Webmaster.

Maybe going into the old tunnel between Pottsville and Saint Clair.

Chris, wow this guys pics, looks like he was on a PRR excursion 6/1955, Schuylkill Branch, Philadelphia - Wilkes Barre? Do ya think this might be Saint Clair?

No terrain like this east of Reading. This is somewhere in the coal regions. West of Pottsville perhaps? Not a criticism, just an observation. Love all your stuff, especially anything RDG, PRR, or LV in the coal regions!

..anything in the Pennsylvania coal regions regions is a plus as I work for the Reading & Northern railroad and see these areas 5 days a week. Nice to see what they looked like back in the day.
