This is RMS Franconia, built as RMS Ivernia in 1955 for Cunard's Canada service. By 1967, she had been withdrawn from transatlantic service and, repainted white, was in Cunard cruise service. More here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/rms_ivernia
