This underexposed scene appears to be taken at the Electric Park stop, north of Welland. It was also known as Stop 19 and still shows as that on some maps, though today it is a path. Brightening the shot in Photoshop has revealed these two young ladies looking on at the visiting railfan contingent as they record an opposing car arriving to meet theirs.
