Apparently the motorman has been convinced to allow the tourist railfans a chance to step off at a grade crossing to get a shot in the nice soft morning light near Fonthill. |

To me, this looks like Cataract Rd. on a morning shot with the sun..and the red light, meaning it is headed for Thorold. Nice photo. |
