A cooperative motorman allows us to jump off to capture this scene as our car does some street running.

Not Thorold as noted, but St. Catharines - on Welland Ave. at Geneva St. The terminal is just to the right of the scene. The old Victorian style building on the corner at the left is still there, but the Sunoco station is now Petro Can. Not surprisingly, the carbarns are long gone and a shopping plaza occupies the space.
