A view across the tracks reveals a K4 steam locomotive and electric P5A's in the distance at the Meadows. Looking closer you will note the modified carbody of a P5a.

That appears to be K4s 3884. A 3/4 front view of the same side of this locomotive taken on the same day has appeared here earlier. The locomotive is in the same location - note the short platform in front of the driving wheels in both photos.
