The CN switch engine rolls above the auto traffic on the Whirlpool Rapids Bridge. Today, there is passenger rail on the top portion as the Maple Leaf utilizes this bridge. It is not used for freight anymore.

Just checked google street view -- it is the Canadian end of the bridge. The pillars with the lamps on top are still there!
