The construction is underway to build a loop for the incoming PCC cars. Meanwhile the 3220 is making one of it's last runs under the auspices of the Public Service Coordinated Transport, which operated the #7 line. The No. 7 City Subway Line ran seven miles from the PRR Station to Franklin Avenue all in Newark, NJ. The downtown portion was underground built on the old Morris Canal bed.
